Hi, I have reached out to your team twice and not heard back from anyone. I did a search through women’s shoes and found your dominance shoes available. I already own the iridescent black dominance shoes and love them, so wanted more. When I received the shoes they were both men’s shoes. I can’t wear these so need to have them returned and switched to women’s sizes. Please lmk how to resolve this. So far your glitch in the search or physical fulfillment error is a huge problem. HELP!

The protection at least from what I can see is good. As for if I needed it or not, at least for my orders I didn’t but the tracking features that route provided were next level. It’s good enough to make you feel assured your delivery package will reach and leaves you with an ease of mind.
