Return Policy

• You can return your order within 15 days of purchase for a refund.
• We only accept returns from U.S. states, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
• Items marked "Final Sale" during promotional events cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
• We are not responsible for lost items that are not covered by shipping insurance. 
• Returns not meeting these guidelines are subject to approval by JAVI.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed if items are damaged, show wear, or are missing original tags and packaging.

• Standard Returns: Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 7-10 business days.
• Reshop Instant Refund: If you return with Reshop, you will get your refund immediately (even before you ship back your items). You will complete your refund process directly with them.
