- You can return your order within 15 days of purchase for a refund.
- We only accept returns from U.S. states, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Items marked "Final Sale" during promotional events cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
- We are not responsible for lost items that are not covered by shipping insurance.
- Returns not meeting these guidelines are subject to approval by JAVI.

Refunds are not guaranteed if items are damaged, show wear, or are missing original tags and packaging.

Standard Returns: Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 7-10 business days.
