Takes forever to accept the refund/return request especially when i received the wrong item I’ve been waiting for over 2 weeks now just so my refund could be processed and it’s still under review please do better such a disappointment

Elect It took 10 days to recieve my order even tho i paid for expedited shipping. During the time of waiting for my order I emailed the company twice and never recieved a response.
