I had purchased a pair of tan 8.5 citeds from a 3rd party store and realized they were stained out of the box brand new .I let Javi know and they immediately sent me a new pair of size 10 black citeds with no issue .Very good customer service and dope kicks.I am a hip hop artist who tours and travels and like to be seen in some fresh gear so SHOUTOUT TO JAVI SHOES !
